Fair enough, although likesay to me your approach seems rather illogical, and you haven;t answered many of the questions which were asked because I was trying to find the logic and consistency in what you were saying.
For example, as I asked before :

If a person were born in Africa then raised in the UK from birth , they are an African citizen. Why would that person be any more in a place to comment about this sort of thing, than I am ?
|
I don't think that they would be, but you seem to think that would be the case, and have not explained why - so understandably i will continue to disagree with you because of that.

Most people are not 'purebreeds' , so what race do all of the mongrels have ?
|
It's a good question, no ?
Whether people choose to primarily define race in terms of 'nationality', or whether they prefer to focus on 'the colour people are and where their ancient ancestors were born' .... it all just seems divisive, to me.... whatever happened to the 'human race' ?
If you don't wish to debate this further, then I'm okay with that though.
But at the very least, after all of this invalidation of what I have been saying and your insistence that i am out of line in campaigning for global fair trade.... I think i do deserve an answer to this question :

I did not take any part in organising the abysmal state of the UK economy, and have never voted for the political parties who have - so why should the state of the UK economy in any way relate to my ability to weigh up a situation in another country ?
|
The same goes for the state of the UK government.
If you have chosen to go on believing that i am out of line in being the way I am, commenting on the things that I have been, then please at least respect me enough to explain why.
