Default What's the plan?

I just wanted to set out a timeframe for the campaign. For the next couple of months I want us to concentrate on recruitment. We need to gather a core team of keen volunteers who can assist in the running of the campaign. Once that is achieved then we can start the harder work of convincing restaurants to improve their menus.

I envisage the campaign getting started properly in November, although I can foresee Christmas getting in the way and the new year offering a more likely starting point for any major effort.

There is plenty of preparation work that can be done in the mean time, such as preparing leaflets, stickers, forming a Label My Food Certification scheme, building a contacts database, writing articles, generating some funds and so on.
