Default Promotion on web forums

I have posted a launch announcement on a few food forums, and ther reception is mixed. It is hard work. The main resistance seems to be a worry that restaurants won't be able to cope with adding some extra ingredient information to their menus without massively increased costs.

I think that this is unfounded, but is clearly an issue that needs to be addressed.

It does emphasise the need to make the menu alterations as easy and fast as possible.

These restaurants could have a separate menu - listing ingredient information - which would be available on request. The cost would be negligible. Some chain restaurants already have an allergy book for this purpose.

Interesting. I didn't know that.

And you are absolutely right, the cost of producing a second paper menu with more information on would be small.
